Orders can be gift wrapped on request.


Processing time

Every jewellery piece is handmade and depending on complexity I endeavour to dispatch orders 5 -7 days of placement.  However during busy times it may take 7 - 10 days. Orders placed within New Zealand will be sent via NZ Post Couriers and in most cases will arrive the following day. However for rural areas allow 3-5 days.

Destination taxes and duties


While every legal effort is made to minimise import charges, individual countries may impose duties and taxes on your order. Any import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.




Returns Policy


I only accept returns of purchases made on my official online store.  There are no returns on earrings due to hygiene issues.


Please follow the instructions in your shipment if you wish to return an item.


The online store accepts returns for the following:

• Items damaged prior to delivery

• Items with manufacturing faults (excluding advertised seconds, as these are known to have faults on purchase)

• Items supplied incorrectly

• Requests for exchange of size or colour of an item (excluding seconds). The original item must be in new condition and the

   return request must be made within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.


This policy observes obligations under the NZ Fair Trading Act 1986 and the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

All activities of the FruitSaladGal website come under New Zealand Legal jurisdiction. Website activities follow the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.2.




• All prices are displayed in NZD by default. While I do provide a currency changer all transactions will still be billed in NZD.

• Credit card transactions will show on your cardholder statement as being purchased from 'FruitSaladGal'.

• Prices displayed on the FruitSaladGal website are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been accepted prices for the

   items in the order are fixed for that particular order. Price changes will be effected for subsequent orders.


Faulty or damaged goods


FruitSaladGal will endeavour to repair or replace any goods that are delivered damaged or faulty (excluding advertised seconds, which are not eligible for repair or replacement). In the event that an item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued. Faulty or damaged goods MUST be returned according to my Returns Policy.





All jewellery should be removed prior to showering, swimming or exercising. 

Polymer clay is porous so be wary when applying perfume and wearing black clothing as some dyes leach. 

Gently wash in soapy water to remove residues of make up.  Stubborn issues contact me.

Fastenings are silver or brass plated so may tarnish over time.
